B. Roll Call of Members Present: Chairman, William Dunne Vice Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski Guests: Interim Fire Chief, Patrick Gericke Assistant Fire Chief, Jerry Howell Human Resources Director, Kathleen Dunne Police Administrative Coordinator, Barbara Bartolotte Jason Guisinger, Esq. Executive Session It was moved by Chairman William Dunne, seconded by Vice Chairman Thomas Rachubinski to recess to executive session at 3:36 p.m. to discuss the potential appointment of a firefighter candidate. Motion carried. N. Reconvene The special meeting of the Lombard Board of Fire and Police Commissioners reconvened at 3:40 p.m . Present: Chairman, William Dunne Vice Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski Guests: Interim Fire Chief, Patrick Gericke Assistant Fire Chief, Jerry Howell Human Resources Director, Kathleen Dunne Police Administrative Coordinator, Barbara Bartolotte Jason Guisinger, Esq. It was moved by Chairman William Dunne, seconded by Vice Chairman Thomas Rachubinski to reconsider the previous action of the Board with respect to firefighter candidate Kyle Straughn. Motion carried. It was moved by Chairman William Dunne, seconded by Vice Chairman Thomas Rachubinski to extend a final offer of employment to firefighter candidate Kyle Straughn. Motion carried. O.
