Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance The Thursday, September 15, 2016 special meeting of the Lombard Board of Fire and Police Commissioners convened at 4:00 p.m. in the Lombard Police Department Chief's Conference Room, 235 East Wilson, Lombard, Illinois. B. Roll Call of Members Present: Chairman, William Dunne Vice Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski Guests: Police Chief, Raymond Byrne Deputy Police Chief, Roy Newton Human Resources Director, Kathleen Dunne Police Administrative Coordinator, Barbara Bartolotte C. Approval of Minutes D. Public Participation E. Payment of Bills F. Chairperson's Report G. Vice Chairperson's Report H. Secretary's Report I. Correspondence J. Executive Session It was moved by Chairman William Dunne, seconded by Vice Chairmen Thomas Rachubinski to recess to executive session at 4:02 p.m. Motion carried. N. Reconvene The special meeting of the Lombard Board of Fire and Police Commissioners reconvened at 4:11 p.m. Present: Chairman, William Dunne Vice Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski Guests: Police Chief, Raymond Byrne Deputy Police Chief, Roy Newton Human Resources Director, Kathleen Dunne Police Administrative Coordinator, Barbara Bartolotte It was moved by Chairman William Dunne, seconded by Vice Chairman Thomas Rachubinski to deny a conditional offer of employment to police candidate, Terrence Canada. Motion carried. It was moved by Chairman William Dunne, seconded by Vice Chairman Thomas Rachubinski to approve conditional offers of employment to police candidates, Adam Bruce, Alexander Robles, Andrew Boccassini and Jeffrey Calhoun.
