Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance The Thursday, April 6, 2017 special meeting of the Lombard Board of Fire and Police Commissioners convened at 2:45 p.m. in the Lombard Police Department Chief's Conference Room, 235 E. Wilson Avenue, Lombard, Illinois. B. Roll Call of Members Present: Chairman, William Dunne Vice Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski Secretary, Kenneth Florey Guests: Police Chief, Raymond Byrne Fire Chief, Rick Sander Human Resources Director, Kathleen Dunne Police Administrative Coordinator, Barbara Bartolotte C. Approval of Minutes D. Public Participation E. Payment of Bills F. Chairperson's Report G. Vice Chairperson's Report H. Secretary's Report I. Correspondence J. Unfinished Business Village of Lombard Page 1 Board of Fire and Police Minutes - Final April 6, 2017 Commissioners K. New Business Chief Byrne apprised the Board of the timeline for the Police Sergeant and Lieutenant testing process. The Chief asked the Board to set a number for the passing score for the written test. It was moved by Chairman William Dunne, seconded by Secretary Kenneth Florey to set 70% as the passing score for the written test. Motion carried. L. Other Business M. Executive Session It was moved by Chairman William Dunne, seconded by Secretary Kenneth Florey to recess to executive session at 2:48 p.m. Motion carried. N. Reconvene The special meeting of the Lombard Board of Fire and Police Commissioners reconvened at 2:55 p.m. Present: Chairman, William Dunne Vice Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski Secretary, Kenneth Florey Guests: Police Chief, Raymond Byrne Fire Chief, Rick Sander Human Resources Director, Kathleen Dunne Police Administrative Coordinator, Barbara Bartolotte It was moved by Chairman William Dunne, seconded by Vice Chairman Thomas Rachubinski to send a final offer of employment to police candidate, Michelle Duhr.
