Executive Session It was moved by Chairman William Dunne, seconded by Secretary Kenneth Florey to recess to executive session at 4:09 p.m. Motion carried. N. Reconvene The special meeting of the Lombard Board of Fire and Police Commissioners reconvened at 4:12 p.m. Present: Chairman, William Dunne Secretary, Kenneth Florey Guests: Fire Chief, Rick Sander Fire Administrative Coordinator, Sheila York Human Resources Director, Kathleen Dunne Police Administrative Coordinator, Barbara Bartolotte It was moved by Chairman William Dunne, seconded by Secretary Kenneth Florey to approve the conditional offer of employment for firefighter/paramedic Kevin Matthews. Motion carried. O.
