Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance The Friday, January 12, 2018 special meeting of the Lombard Board of Fire and Police Commissioners convened at 7:47 a.m. in the Lombard Village Hall Board Room, 255 East Wilson Avenue, Lombard, Illinois. B. Roll Call of Members Present: Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey Secretary, Kyle Dolan Guests: Police Chief, Roy Newton Police Deputy Chief, Thomas Wirsing Fire Chief, Rick Sander Fire Deputy Chief, Ray Kickert Human Resources Director, Kathleen Dunne Fire Administrative Coordinator, Sheila York Police Administrative Coordinator, Barbara Bartolotte C. Executive Session It was moved by Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski, seconded by Secretary, Kyle Dolan to recess to executive session at 7:49 a.m. Motion carried. N. Reconvene The special meeting of the Lombard Board of Fire and Police Commissioners reconvened at 7:55 a.m. Present: Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey Secretary, Kyle Dolan Guests: Police Chief, Roy Newton Police Deputy Chief, Thomas Wirsing Fire Chief, Rick Sander Fire Deputy Chief, Ray Kickert Human Resources Director, Kathleen Dunne Fire Administrative Coordinator, Sheila York Police Administrative Coordinator, Barbara Bartolotte It was moved by Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski, seconded by Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey to send a denial letter of employment to police candidate, Gil-Vincent Espinosa. Motion carried. It was moved by Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski, seconded by Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey to extend a conditional offer of employment to firefighter candidates Blake Talip and Steven Kemnitz.
