Executive Session It was moved by Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski, seconded by Secretary, Kyle Dolan to adjourn to executive session at 8:01 a.m. Motion carried. N. Reconvene The meeting of the Lombard Board of Fire and Police Commissioners reconvene at 8:02 a.m. Present: Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski Secretary, Kyle Dolan Guests: Police Chief, Roy Newton Police Administrative Coordinator, Barbara Bartolotte It was moved by Secretary, Kyle Dolan, seconded by Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski to extend a final offer of employment to police candidate, Philip Biondo. Motion carried. O.
