A. Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance
The Friday, June 21, 2019 regular meeting of the Lombard Board of Fire
and Police Commissioners convened at 8 a.m. in the Lombard Village
Hall Board Room, 255 East Wilson Avenue, Lombard, IL 60148.
B. Roll Call of Members

C. Approval of Minutes
It was moved by Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski, seconded by
Secretary, Kyle Dolan to approve the minutes from the special meeting
on June 7, 2019, and the special meeting on June 14, 2019. Motion
carried.

I. Correspondence
The Board received a copy of a memorandum from Village Manager,
Scott Niehaus authorizing to proceed with the hiring of 2 police officers.

It was moved by Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski, seconded by
Secretary, Kyle Dolan to adjourn to executive session at 8:03 a.m.
Motion carried.

reconvened at 8:06 a.m.

It was moved by Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski, seconded by
Secretary, Kyle Dolan to extend a conditional offer of employment to
firefighter/paramedic candidate, Michael Lurquin. Motion carried.
O. Adjournment
It was moved by Thomas Rachubinski, seconded by Secretary, Kyle
Dolan to adjourn the regular meeting of the Lombard Board of Fire and
Police Commissioners at 8:07 a.m. Motion carried.
