Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance The Friday, September 13, 2019 special meeting of the Lombard Board of Fire and Police Commissioners convened at 8:00 a.m. in the Lombard Village Hall Board Room, 255 East Wilson, Lombard, Illinois 60148. B. Roll Call of Members Present: Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey Secretary, Kyle Dolan Guests: Fire Chief, Rick Sander Deputy Fire Chief, Ray Kickert Fire Administrative Coordinator, Sheila York Police Administrative Coordinator, Barbara Bartolotte C. Executive Session It was moved by Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski, seconded by Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey to adjourn to executive session at 8:02 a.m. Motion carried. N. Reconvene The special meeting of the Lombard Board of Fire and Police Commissioners reconvened at 8:06 a.m. Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey Secretary, Kyle Dolan Guests: Fire Chief, Rick Sander Deputy Fire Chief, Ray Kickert Fire Administrative Coordinator, Sheila York Police Administrative Coordinator, Barbara Bartolotte It was moved by Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski, seconded by Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey to send a denial letter of employment to firefighter/paramedic Del Tritilli. Motion carried. It was moved by Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski, seconded by Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey to extend a conditional offer of employment to firefighter/paramedic candidate, Brennan Legan. Motion carried. O.
