A. Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance
The Friday, September 27, 2019 meeting of the Lombard Board of Fire
and Police Commissioners convened at 8:02 a.m. in the Police Chief's
Conference Room, 235 East Wilson Avenue, Lombard, IL 60148.
B. Roll Call of Members

Deputy Fire Chief, Ray Kickert

C. Approval of Minutes
It was moved by Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski, seconded by
secretary, Kyle Dolan to approve the minutes from the regular meeting on
August 23, 2019, special meeting on September 6, 2019 and special
meeting on September 13, 2019. Motion carried.
D. Public Participation
E. Payment of Bills
The Board received Invoice#00105912-00 from Elmhurst Occupational
Heath in the amount of $903.00 for pre-employment medical testing for a
police candidate; and Invoice#3585 from Conrad Polygraph in the
amount of $1120.00 for 7 polygraphs for police and firefighter/paramedic
candidates. It was moved by Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski, seconded
by Secretary, Kyle Dolan to approve payment of all bills. Motion carried.

The Board received a copy of 2 Certificate of Appointments to approve

Secretary, Kyle Dolan to adjourn to executive session at 8:06 a.m.
Motion carried.

firefighter/paramedic Brennen Legan. Motion carried.

It was moved by Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski, seconded by
secretary, Kyle Dolan to adjourn the regular meeting of the Lombard
Board of Fire and Police Commissioners at 8:10 a.m. Motion carried.
