Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance The Thursday, October 10, 2019 special meeting of the Lombard Board of Fire and Police Commissioners convened at 8:00 a.m. in the Village Hall Board Room, 255 East Wilson Avenue, Lombard, Illinois 60148. B. Roll Call of Members Present: Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski Secretary, Kyle Dolan Guests: Police Chief, Roy Newton Fire Chief, Rick Sander Deputy Fire Chief, Ray Kickert Human Resources Director, Kathleen Dunne Fire Administrative Coordinator, Sheila York Police Administrative Coordinator, Barbara Bartolotte C. Approval of Minutes D. Public Participation E. Payment of Bills F. Chairperson's Report G. Vice Chairperson's Report H. Secretary's Report I. Correspondence J. New Business It was moved by Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski, seconded by Secretary, Kyle Dolan to promote Police Sergeant, Terry Evoy to Police Lieutenant. Motion carried. L. Other Business M. Executive Session It was moved by Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski, seconded by Secretary, Kyle Dolan to adjourn to executive session at 8:03 a.m. Motion carried. N. Reconvene The meeting of the Lombard Board of Fire and Police Commissioners reconvened at 8:05 a.m Present: Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski Secretary, Kyle Dolan Guests: Police Chief, Roy Newton Fire Chief, Rick Sander Deputy Fire Chief, Ray Kickert Human Resources Director, Kathleen Dunne Fire Administrative Coordinator, Sheila York Police Administrative Coordinator, Barbara Bartolotte It was moved by Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski, seconded by Secretary, Kyle Dolan to extend a conditional offer of employment to firefighter/paramedic candidate, Cary Rodge.
