A. Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance
The Friday, December 20, 2019 meeting of the Lombard Board of Fire
and Police Commissioners convened at 8:00 a.m. in the Village of
Lombard Board Room, 255 East Wilson Avenue, Lombard, Illinois
60148.

C. Approval of Minutes
It was moved by Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski, seconded by Vice
Chairman, Kenneth Florey to approve the minutes from the Regular
Meeting on October 25, 2019, the Regular Meeting on November 15,
2019 and the Special Meeting on December 4, 2019. Motion carried.
D. Public Participation
E. Payment of Bills
The Board received Invoice#00108711 from Elmhurst Occupational
Health in the amount of $171.00 for a police candidate medical testing
and Invoice#00109847 from Elmhurst Occupational Health in the amount
of $751.00 for a firefighter/paramedic candidate medical testing for
pre-employment.

The Board proposed changes to be made to the Board of Fire and

Chairman, Kenneth Florey to adjourn to executive session at 8:21 a.m.

Chairman, Kenneth Florey to proceed with the background investgation
for firefighter/paramedic candidate Andrew Kasules. Motion carried.

It was moved by Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski, seconded by Vice
Chairman, Kenneth Florey to adjourn the regular meeting of the Lombard
Board of Fire and Police Commissioners at 8:25 a.m. Motion carried.
