Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance The Friday, August 21, 2020 Special Meeting of the Lombard Board of Fire and Police Commissioners convened at 8:00 a.m. in the Village of Lombard Board Room, 255 East Wilson Avenue, Lombard, Illinois 60148. B. Roll Call of Members Present: Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey Secretary, Kyle Dolan Guests: Deputy Chief Police, Joe Grage Deputy Fire Chief, Ray Kickert Human Resources Director, Kathleen Dunne Police Administrative Coordinator, Barbara Blankenship C. Approval of Minutes D. Public Participation E. Payment of Bills F. Chairperson's Report G. Vice Chairperson's Report H. Secretary's Report I. Correspondence J. Unfinished Business K. Executive Session It was moved by Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski, seconded by Secretary, Kyle Dolan to adjourn to executive session at 8:02 a.m. Motion carried. N. Reconvene The Special Meeting of the Lombard Board of Fire and Police Commissioners reconvened at 8:18 a.m. Present: Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey Secretary, Kyle Dolan Guests: Deputy Chief Police, Joe Grage Deputy Fire Chief, Ray Kickert Human Resources Director, Kathleen Dunne Police Administrative Coordinator, Barbara Blankenship It was moved by Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski, seconded by Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey to extend a final offer of employment to police candidate, Dylan Anger. Motion carried. It was moved by Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski, seconded by Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey to extend conditional offers of employment to police candidates, Kyle Rudauskas and Shijuanna Balles. Motion carried. It was moved by Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski, seconded by Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey to send a letter of denial of employment to police candidate Wade Larkin. Motion carried.
