Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance The Friday, September 24, 2021 regular meeting of the Lombard Board of Fire and Police Commissioners convened at 8:02 a.m. in the Village of Lombard Board Room, 255 East Wilson Avenue, Lombard, Illinois 60148. B. Roll Call of Members Present: Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey Secretary, Kyle Dolan Guests: Police Chief, Roy Newton Fire Deputy Chief, Ray Kickert Human Resources Director, Kathleen Dunne Police Administrative Coordinator, Barbara Blankenship C. Approval of Minutes It was moved by Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey, seconded by Secretary, Kyle Dolan to approve the minutes from the special meeting on August 18, 2021 and the regular meeting on August 27, 2021. Motion carried. D. Public Participation E. Payment of Bills The Board received Invoice#SA000048136 from Stanard & Associates in the amount of $1350.00 for personality evaluations for 3 firefighter/paramedic candidates; Invoice#SA000048176 from Stanard & Associates in the amount of $2792.00 for the 2021 Lateral Police Officer hiring process; Invoice#00141691 from Elmhurst Occupational Health in the amount of $2553.00 for 3 firefighter/paramedic pre-employment medical testing; and Invoice#00141694 from Elmhurst Occupational Health in the amount of $320.00 for medical testing results for firefighter/paramedics pre-employment testing results. It was moved by Chairman, Kenneth Florey, seconded by Secretary, Kyle Dolan to approve payment of all bills. Motion carried. Adjournment It was moved by Chairmen, Thomas Rachubinski, seconded by Vice Chairmen, Kenneth Florey to adjourn the regular meeting of the Lombard Board of Fire and Police Commissioners.
