Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance The Tuesday, April 25, 2023 special meeting of the Lombard Board of Fire and Police Commissioners convened at 8:00 a.m. in the Police Chief's Conference Room, 235 East Wilson Avenue, Lombard, Illinois 60148. B. Roll Call of Members Present: Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey Secretary, Kyle Dolan Guests: Police Chief, Tom Wirsing Fire Chief, Rick Sander Deputy Chief Fire, Ray Kickert Police Administrative Coordinator, Barbara Blankenship C. Executive Session It was moved by Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski, seconded by Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey to adjourn to Executive Session at 8:03 a.m. Motion carried. N. Reconvene The Special Meeting of the Lombard Board of Fire and Police Commissioners reconvened at 8:06 a.m. Present: Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey Secretary, Kyle Dolan Guests: Police Chief, Tom Wirsing Fire Chief, Rick Sander Deputy Chief Fire, Ray Kickert Police Administrative Coordinator, Barbara Blankenship It was moved by Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski, seconded by Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey to extend final offers of employment to police candidates, Nico Diaz, Martin Hopman, Desire Jimenez, Diana Jimenez, Andrei Dublea, Bright Osazuwa, and Justin Nguyen. Motion carried. O.
