The Thursday, June 1, 2023 special meeting of the Lombard Board of
Fire and Police Commissioners convened at 8:03 a.m. in the Village of
Lombard Board Room, 255 East Wilson Avenue, Lombard, Illinois
60148.

It was moved by Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski, seconded by Vice
Chairman, Kenneth Florey to adjourn to executive session at 8:06 a.m.
Motion carried.

The meeting of the Lombard Board of Fire and Police Commissioners
reconvened at 8:30 a.m.

Guests:
Fire Chief, Rick Sander
Human Resources Director, Kathleen Dunne
Police Administrative Coordinator, Barbara Blankenship\
It was moved by Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski, seconded by Vice
Chairman, Kenneth Florey to send a denial letter of employment to
firefighter/paramedic candidate, Alec Volante. Motion carried.
It was moved by Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski, seconded by Vice
Chairman, Kenneth Florey to extend conditional offers of employment to
firefighter/paramedic candidates Ryan Briones, Steven Shaulis, Patrick
Schlueter and Nicolas Nichols. Motion carried.
O. Adjournment
It was moved by Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski, seconded by
Secretary, Kyle Dolan to adjourn the special meeting of the Lombard
Board of Fire and Police Commissioners at 8:33 a.m.
