A. Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance
The Tuesday, October 24, 2023 regular meeting of the Lombard Board
of Fire and Police Commissioners convened at 8:00 a.m. in the Village
of Lombard Board Room, 255 East Wilson Avenue, Lombard, Illinois
60148.
B. Roll Call of Members
Present:
Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski
Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey

Fire Deputy Chief, George Hyland

C. Approval of Minutes

E. Payment of Bills
The Board received Invoice# 5765 from Conrad Polygraph in the amount
of $29.50 for a shared report for a firefighter candidate; Invoice#
SA000055798 from Stanard & Associates in the amount of $1,712.93
for 2023 entry-level interviewing process; Invoice# 00170459 from
Elmhurst Occupational Health in the amount of $2,420.00 for 3 police
officer candidates pre-employment medical testing; Invoice# 00171679
& Invoice# 00171680 from Elmhurst Occupational Health in the amounts
of $863.00 and $80.00 for police officer candidate pre-employment
medical testing. It was moved by Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey,
seconded by Secretary, Kyle Dolan to approve payment of all bills.
Motion carried.

It was moved by Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey, seconded by Secretary,
Kyle Dolan to approve the Initial Police Officer Eligibility List. Motion
carried.

It was moved by Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey, seconded by Secretary,
Kyle Dolan to approve the Final Fire Lieutenant Eligibility List. Motion
carried.

It was moved by Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski, seconded by Vice
Chairman, Kenneth Florey to adjourn the meeting of the Lombard Board
of Fire and Police Commissioners at 8:13 a.m. Motion carried.
