Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance The Friday, December 1, 2023 special meeting of the Lombard Board of Fire and Police Commissioners convened at 8:00 a.m. in the Police Chief's Conference Room, 235 East Wilson Avenue, Lombard, Illinois 60148. B. Roll Call of Members Present: Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey Secretary, Kyle Dolan Guests: Police Chief, Tom Wirsing Human Resources Director, Kathleen Dunne Police Administrative Coordinator, Barbara Blankenship C. Executive Session It was moved by Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski, seconded by Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey to adjourn to executive session at 8:02 a.m. Motion carried. N. Reconvene The special meeting of the Lombard Board of Fire and Police Commissioners reconvened at 8:30 a.m. Present: Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey Secretary, Kyle Dolan Guests: Police Chief, Tom Wirsing Human Resources Director, Kathleen Dunne Police Administrative Coordinator, Barbara Blankenship It was moved by Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski, seconded by Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey to send denial letters of employment to police candidates, Patrick Prentice, Michael Marchione, Jonah Deffenbaugh and Lucas Salinas. Motion carried. It was moved by Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski, seconded by Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey to extend conditional offers of employment to police candidates, Annaliese DiSimone, Jonathan Quezada, Maura Alroth and Stephanie Lafiandra. Motion carried. O.
