A. Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance
The Tuesday, March 4, 2025 special meeting of the Lombard Board of
Fire and Police Commissioners convened at 8:03 a.m. in the Lombard
Police Department, Chief's Conference Room, 235 E. Wilson Avenue,
Lombard, Illinois 60148.
B. Roll Call of Members
Present:
Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski
Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey
Secretary, Kyle Dolan
Guests:
Police Chief, Joe Grage
Fire Deputy Chief, Nathan Gac
Human Resources Director, Kathleen Dunne
Police Administrative Coordinator, Barbara Blankenship
C. Approval of Minutes
It was moved by Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey, seconded by Secretary,
Kyle Dolan to approve the minutes from the regular meeting on
November 20, 2024 and the regular meeting on December 6, 2024.
Motion carried.
D. Public Participation
E. Payment of Bills
The Board received Invoice# SA000060114 from Standard &
Associates in the amount of $495.00 for a personality evaluation for a
police officer candidate. It was moved by Vice Chairman, Kenneth
Florey, seconded by Secretary, Kyle Dolan to approve payment of the
bill. Motion carried.

It was moved by Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey, seconded by Secretary,
Kyle Dolan to approve the Initial Police Officer Eligibility List and the
Final Police Officer Lateral List. Motion carried.
Fire Deputy Chief, Nathan Gac spoke to the Board about making
changes to the Board of Fire and Police Rules and Regulations,
specifically changing the requirement of being a paramedic before being
hired and the age requirement. More information to follow.

It was moved by Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey, seconded by Secretary,
Kyle Dolan to adjourn the special meeting of the Lombard Board of Fire
and Police Commissioners at 8:14 a.m. Motion carried.
