Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance The Friday, April 4, 2025 special meeting of the Lombard Board of Fire and Police Commissioners convened at 8:00 a.m. in the Police Chief's Conference Room, 235 E. Wilson Avenue, Lombard, Illinois 60148. B. Roll Call of Members Present: Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey Guests: Police Chief, Joe Grage Police Deputy Chief, Mike Chudzinski Police Administrative Coordinator, Barbara Blankenship C. Executive Session It was moved by Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey, seconded by Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski, to adjourn to executive session at 8:05 a.m. Motion carried. N. Reconvene The special meeting of the Lombard Board of Fire and Police Commissioners reconvened at 8:15 a.m. Present: Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey Guests: Police Chief, Joe Grage Police Deputy Chief, Mike Chudzinski Police Administrative Coordinator, Barbara Blankenship It was moved by Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey, seconded by Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski to extend conditional offers of employment to police candidates, Ransom Wisley and Samuel Ayala. Motion carried It was moved by Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey, seconded by Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski to send denial letters of employment to police candidates, Joshua Hallin, Alexander Watt, Brendan Duffy, Matthew Hart, Thomas Sorenson, Austin Lantz, Benjamin Kovack, Joshua Kalbach and Brittany Deeds.
