The event will be held July 22-24, 2016, at Four Seasons Park. 160009 Local Tourism Grant Application 2016 - Spooktacular Grant request from the Lombard Town Centre in the amount of $2,150, from Hotel/Motel funds, for costs associated with the Spooktacular Event.
