The motion passed by unanimous vote. 5.0 Old Business 170351 Senior Fair, October 4, 2017 Village of Lombard Page 1 Community Relations Committee Minutes December 11, 2017 Review the 2017 Senior Fair. Recap of the 2018 Senior Fair held on October 4, 2017. The event included 32 vendors and approximately 230 seniors attended. The event was seen as an overall success and the variety of vendors was very good. 170349 3CMA Award - Jinglebell Rock Carpool Karaoke The Jinglebell Rock Carpool Karaoke video received the 3CMA Silver Circle Award at the 2017 Annual 3CMA Conference. The JingleBell Jubilee Carpool Karaoke Video was presented with the 3CMA Award of Excellence in September. 6.0 New Business 170433 2017 Youth Leadership Program Review the 2017 Youth Leadership Program and consider a February schedule for the 2018 program. The Committee recommends that staff move forward with plans to host the 2018 Youth Leadership Program. If the minimum amount of 7 students is not reached by January 15, then the program should be postponed until 2019. Staff will continue to promote the 2018 program on social media and will reach out to Lombard schools and community groups. 170534 Victim Services, Association for Individual Development (A.I.D.) Review statistics of the number of times and how this service has been used. The Committee recommends moving forward in renewing the Victim Services contract at the minimum cost option. 7.0 Other Business None. 8.0 Information Only None.
