The motion passed by unanimous vote. 5.0 Old Business 210127 2021 Lilac Time Photo Contest The Committee will review options and raise suggestions for the 2021 Photo Contest. Village of Lombard Page 1 Community Relations Committee Minutes June 14, 2021 The Committee selected the winning photographs in the Lilac Time Photo Contest: 1st place Caitlin Flicek, 2nd place Jason sanders, 3rd place Mitch Lebovic. A motion was made by Michael Ledonne, seconded by Pam Bedard, to a select Caitlin Flicek, 1st place, Jason Sanders, 2nd place and Mitch Lebovic, 3rd place. The motion passed unanimously. 6.0 New Business 210194 Proclamation & Recognition Policy The committee will review the new draft policy regarding the Proclamations and Recognitions. The committee reviewed the draft proclamation & recognition policy prepared by staff. A motion was made by Barb Ware, seconded by Pam Bedard, to approve the draft policy. The motion passed unanimously. 210195 2021 Community Events The committee will receive an update on upcoming community events. Staff informed the committee on upcoming community events. 7.0 Other Business None. 8.0 Information Only None. 9.0 Adjournment Dan Militello moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:40 p.m. The motion was seconded by Michael Ledonne and approved by unanimous vote.
