The motion passed by unanimous vote. 5.0 Old Business None. Communications Coordinator Stephanie Calvillo presented information about the Village's website, newsletter, and social media communications in 2021. 2021-2024 Strategic Plan Nicole Aranas will present an overview of the 2021-2024 Strategic Plan. Communications Coordinator Stephanie Calvillo presented an overview of the 2021-2024 Strategic Plan. 220112 Lilac Time Photo Contest 2022 The Committee will review options and raise suggestions for the 2022 Photo Contest. Communications Coordinator Stephanie Calvillo presented theme options for the Committee’s consideration, including There’s No Place Like Lombard, Picture This: Springtime in Lombard, and Naturally Lombard. The Committee recommended having a photo contest focused on the people and pets of Lombard. 7.0 Other Business None. 8.0 Information Only None. 9.0 Adjournment A motion to adjourn was made by Barbara Ware and seconded by Sharon Vish at 7:36 p.m. The motion to adjourn passed unanimously.
