The motion passed by unanimous vote. 5.0 Old Business 220285 Senior Fair 2022 - Post Event Overview Staff will provide a summary of the event, vendors, and participation of the Senior Fair event held October 5, 2022. Senior Fair Update: This year’s fair was attended 275 seniors and was made up of 41 vendors made up of valuable services such a blood pressure and glucose readings, hearing tests, flu and COVID vaccines, Village of Lombard Page 1 Community Relations Committee Minutes October 10, 2022 DMV services and more. All around the event was a great success based on attendee feedback. 6.0 New Business 7.0 Other Business Kaveria Lezza shared event information for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Awareness event hosted by Building Love Amongst Cultures on Oct 11th at 7:00 pm at the Helen Plum Library. The goal is to provide awareness to the deaf and hard of hearing community. Chairperson Dan Militello shared a comment to congratulate Amanda Rosengren on recent birth of her baby 8.0 Information Only Asset Management Administrator Freddy Segura led a presentation regarding the Village’s new online reporting platform: SeeClickFix. The tool allows users to report their concerns directly to the Village by using an online map on the Village website or an application on their smartphones. The platform provides the Village with a centralized management system to manage concerns from creation to resolution-engaging citizens throughout the process. The existing Citizen Request Tracker on the Village’s Report a Concern page will be replaced by SeeClickFix in early/mid-November 2022. 9.0 Adjournment A motion to adjourn was made by Michael Ledonne and seconded by Barbara Ware at 7:30 p.m. The motion to adjourn passed unanimously.
