Chairperson Dan Militello introduced new member Brittney Conway to the committee. 2.0 Roll Call Present 7 - Dan Militello, Pamela Bedard, Sharon Vish, Ahmed Ali, Gladys Piper, Michael Ledonne, and Brittney Conway Absent 2 - Keveria Lezza, and Megan McVane Also present: Stephanie Calvillo, Communications Coordinator. 3.0 Public Participation 4.0 Approval of Minutes A motion was made by Pam Bedard seconded by Sharon Vish to approve the minutes of the January 8, 2024, committee meeting. The motion passed by unanimous vote. 5.0 Old Business 6.0 New Business Village of Lombard Page 1 Community Relations Committee Minutes April 15, 2024 240125 2024 Lilac Time Photo Contest The Committee will review options and raise suggestions for the 2024 Lilac Photo Time Contest. The committee reviewed proposed themes for 2024, and discussed selecting a theme that would encourage new and different photo submissions from those received in previous years. Staff received instruction to move forward with the theme of "Lombard at Night" for the 2024 Photo Contest. 7.0 Other Business 8.0 Information Only 9.0 Adjournment A motion to adjourn was made by Brittney Conway and seconded by Pam Bedard at 7:23 p.m. The motion to adjourn passed unanimously.
