Village Hall Village of Lombard 255 East Wilson Ave. Lombard, IL 60148 villageoflombard.org Minutes Downtown TIF District Joint Review Board Meeting Friday, August 11, 2017 3:00 PM Village Hall - Community Room (Immediately following the completion of the Lombard Butterfield-Yorktown TIF District meeting) 1.0 Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance The meeting was called to order at 3:46 p.m. by President Giagnorio. 2.0 Roll Call of Joint Review Board Members Village Staff: Jennifer Ganser, Assistant Director of Community Development; Jamie Cunningham, Assistant Director of Finance; William Heniff, Director of Community Development; and Thomas Bayer, Village Attorney Other: Robert Rychlicki, Kane McKenna & Associates Inc. 3.0 Public Participation There was no public participation 4.0 Approval of Minutes A motion was made by Paul Hoss, seconded by John Dillon, to approve the minutes of the August 16, 2016 meeting. The motion passed by unanimous consent of the members present. 5.0 Appoint Citizen Member On a motion by Paul Hoss, with a second by Keith Giagnorio, John Dillon was appointed the public member. All members present voted in favor of the motion. The TIF spent money on funding for Lombard Town Centre, grants, etc. She discussed the three grants for Balkan Bakery, Shannon’s Deli, and Babcock’s Grove House. 8.0 Other Business There was no other business 9.0 Information Only None 10.
