Village Hall Village of Lombard 255 East Wilson Ave. Lombard, IL 60148 villageoflombard.org Minutes Downtown TIF District Joint Review Board Meeting Tuesday, July 30, 2019 9:00 AM Village Hall - Community Room 1.0 Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance The meeting was called to order at 9:02 a.m. by President Giagnorio. 2.0 Roll Call Present: John Dillon (public member), Keith Giagnorio (Village of Lombard), Dave MacKenzie (DuPage County) Village Staff: Jennifer Ganser, Assistant Director of Community Development; Jamie Cunningham, Assistant Director of Finance; William Heniff, Director of Community Development. 3.0 Public Participation There was no public participation. 4.0 Approval of Minutes On a motion by John Dillon, second by Dave MacKenzie, the minutes for the August 9, 2018 meeting were approved. All members present voted in favor of the motion. 5.0 Appointment of the Public Member of the Joint Review Board On a motion by Keith Giagnorio, with a second by Dave MacKenzie, John Dillon was appointed the public member. All members present voted in favor of the motion. 6.0 Unfinished Business There was no unfinished business. 7.0 New Business New Business: Ms. Ganser noted this report is for fiscal year 2018 and reviewed the report. She summarized the proposed project at 101 S. Village of Lombard Page 1 Downtown TIF District Joint Review Minutes July 30, 2019 Board Meeting Main Street and noted it would receive a TIF incentive. Mr. Dillon asked where the Jirsa property is and Mr. Heniff said it is 105-115 W. St. Charles Road. The Village purchased the property and has costs for ongoing maintenance. 8.0 Other Business There was no other business. 9.0 Information Only 10.
