Hogan, and Dan Hartweg Staff Present: Tim Sexton, Jamie Cunningham, Anne Fairbairn Also Present: Jamie Wilkey, Lauterbach and Amen Tour of Police Department Deputy Chief Roy Newton and Tom Ellis led the F&A Committee on a tour through the police station. 3.0 Public Participation None 4.0 Approval of Minutes It was moved by Cation, seconded by Cain, to approve the minutes for the September 26, 2016 meeting. The motion carried by the following voice vote: Aye: 6- Mary Cation, David Cain Jr., Jay Tovian, Ambareen Ahmed, Randy King, and Michael Himmes Absent: 2- James W. Hogan, and Dan Hartweg 5.0 New Business 160438 2015 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report, Management Letter and Recommendations The Finance and Administration Committee voted unanimously to recommend that the Village Board accept and place on file with the Village Clerk the FYE 2015 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report and Management Letter. It was moved by Tovian, seconded by Cain, to accept and file with the Village Clerk the 2015 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report and Management Village of Lombard Page 1 Finance & Administration Meeting Minutes - Final October 24, 2016 Committee Letter.
