Defer to next meeting Outdoor Chairs for FS 44 Approval at a prior time for outdoor chairs. FF/PM Putz will purchase the chairs for FS 44. Village of Lombard Page 1 Foreign Fire Tax Board Minutes - Final March 9, 2021 6.0 New Business Gym Membership (FF to cover up to $25 or other amount) - Putz FF/PM Putz proposes Foreign Fire to cover a percentage of gym memberships for FD Members. No motions made no further action needed. Replace Elliptical Machine with a Bike at FS 44 - Putz FF/PM Putz proposes to replace Elliptical machine with a bike at FS 44. Motion made to not exceed $2,500 for the purchase of a bike for FS 44 and auction Elliptical. Ayes: 7 Nays: 0 New Stereo for Apparatus Bay at FS 44 FF/PM Putz proposes to replace current speaker system at FS 44. Defer to next meeting to provide examples. EMS Jump Bags - Gorvett FF/PM Gorvett provided information regarding jump bag replacement for vehicles from FF/PM Talip. Due to costs, B. Talip requests a 50/50 split in total cost to replace bags at one time rather than replacement over a two-year period. Requesting Foreign Fire to provide $1,921 to cover half the cost of the entire bag replacement. Foreign Fire will not cover any repair costs. A motion by FF/PM Wnek to purchase jump bags at 50% of the cost and not to exceed $2,000. Seconded by FF/PM Gorvett.
