Goldsmith introduced Brian Jack, Utilities Superintendent. 2.0 Roll Call Present 7 - Arthur Kuehl, John Kaforski, Mark Dvorak, Mike Kuderna, David Arnold, Joe Glazier Jr., and Robert Bachner 3.0 Public Participation 4.0 Approval of Minutes A motion was made by John Kaforski, seconded by Arthur Kuehl, to approve the minutes. The motion passed by an unanimous vote. 5.0 Unfinished Business 6.0 New Business 150476 Lombard Meadows Phase 2 & Circle Avenue, Change Order No. 4 Reflecting an increase to the contract with R.W. Dunteman Company in the amount of $12,870.90. (DISTRICT #6) Goldsmith: reviewed the change order with members. Kaforski: questioned if there was additional water/sewer work that needed to be done in that area? Goldsmith: yes and we will be addressing those at a future time. A motion was made by Joe Glazier, Jr., seconded by Robert Bachner, that this Resolution be recommended to the Board of Trustees for approval. The motion passed by an unanimous vote. 150491 Project Site Visits/Review A tour of 7 projects that are being, or have been constructed, over the last 12-18 months. Committee members left for tour at 6:23 PM. 7.0 Other Business 8.0 Information Only 9.0 Adjournment A motion was made by John Kaforski, seconded by Mike Kuderna, that this meeting be adjourned at 8:20 PM.
