(DISTRICT #5) Goldsmith reviewed the Change Order with the committee members. A motion was made by John Kaforski, seconded by Robert Bachner, that this Resolution be recommended to the Board of Trustees for approval. The motion passed by an unanimous vote. 180305 FY2019-FY2028 Capital Improvement Program Review and discuss the draft of the FY2019-FY2028 CIP. Goldsmith: presented the first draft of the FY2019-FY2028 Capital Improvement Program to the committee. For FY2019 the CIP is funded at $7,861,640.00. Explained how the funds will be allocated. Discussion ensued throughout the presentation. Goldsmith: As part of Edson/Wilson work that is being done (completed by August 1st) we are installing Vortex regulator. West Wilson area by the school will need to be resurfaced in the next couple of years - push curb back about 3 feet - add some extra pavement. Goldsmith to get back to John Kaforski and Art Kuehl regarding when the striping will be completed on Maple and Westmore from project.
