240253 Sanitary Sewer Lining Program FY2024, Change Order No. 2
Reflecting an increase of $34,823.00 to the contract with Performance
Pipelining, Inc. This Change Order is for additional work for the Cured In
Place Pipe lining of a sanitary sewer located on South June Lane, just
south of South Collen Drive, and the televising and lining of sanitary sewer
service laterals on South Park Avenue. (DISTRICTS #1 & #2)

Inspection and Cleaning Program, Final Change Order No. 2
Reflecting a decrease to the contract with SewerTech, LLC., in the amount
of -$19,770.17. The Change Order finalizes all contract quantities.

240281 Large Diameter Combined Sewer Rehabilitation Project, Change
Order No. 1
Reflecting an increase to the contract with Vortex Lining Systems in the
amount of $98,783.49. The increase is for additional work involving the

#5)
240287 641 North Main Drainage Basin Project Change Order No. 1
Reflecting an increase to the contract with Lima Contractors, Inc. in the
amount of $488,202.50. The revised contract amount represents the
increased quantity of "non-special waste" following addition soil testing
and work to sewer structures adjacent to the project limits. (DISTRICT #4)
240294 Village Board Policy Memorandum - Storm Debris Management
The Department of Public Works respectfully requests that the Public
Works & Environmental Concerns Committee approve the amended
Debris Management Policy and recommend adoption of the Village Board
Policy to the Village President and the Board of Trustees.
