III Roll Call Present 6 - Keith Giagnorio, Dan Whittington, Mike Fugiel, Peter Breen, Laura Fitzpatrick, and Bill Ware Absent 2 - Sharon Kuderna, and Reid Foltyniewicz Staff Present: Executive Coordinator Carol Bauer IV Public Participation V Agenda VI Executive Session A motion was made by Trustee Bill Ware, seconded by Trustee Dan Whittington, that the Special Meeting of the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lombard held on Tuesday, October 29, 2013 in the Trustee Conference Room, be recessed to Executive Session at 6:03 p.m. for the purpose of discussion of Information Regarding the Appointment, Employment, Compensation, Discipline, Performance or Dismissal of a Specific Employee or Specific Employees of the Village.
