Gerhardt Community Room Special Meeting Board of Trustees Village President Keith Giagnorio, Village Clerk Liz Brezinski Trustee Brian LaVaque, Trustee Anthony Puccio, Trustee Bernie Dudek, Trustee Andrew Honig, Trustee Dan Militello and Trustee Bob Bachner Special Meeting Board of Trustees Minutes June 5, 2021 I Call to Order The Special Meeting of the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lombard held on Saturday, June 5, 2021 in the Community Room of the Lombard Village Hall was called to order at 8:00 a.m. by Village President Keith Giagnorio. II Pledge of Allegiance The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Trustee Anthony Puccio. III Roll Call Present 8 - Keith Giagnorio, Liz Brezinski, Brian LaVaque, Anthony Puccio, Bernie Dudek, Andrew Honig, Dan Militello, and Bob Bachner Staff Present: Scott Niehaus, Village Manager Tim Sexton, Director of Finance Bill Heniff, Director of Community Development Carl Goldsmith, Director of Public Works Roy Newton, Chief of Police Richard Sander, Fire Chief Nicole Aranas, Assistant Village Manager Kathy Dunne, HR Director Avis Meade, Communications Coordinator Also Present: Craig Rapp, Facilitator IV Public Participation V Agenda 210166 Village of Lombard Strategic Plan Review of, and discussion in regard to, the Village's Current Strategic Plan initiatives, and providing direction in regard to updating the Strategic Plan initiatives. The large group was broken down into smaller groups based on their area of expertise or committee assignment: Financial Stability, Economic Development, Communication and Community Image, Village of Lombard Page 1 Special Meeting Board of Trustees Minutes June 5, 2021 Operational Sustainability. Groups worked on identifying the desired outcomes, key outcome indicators and targets for the priority. Each group presented their plan to the larger group. The other groups asked questions and provided feedback. The revised priorities and desired outcomes, key outcome indicators and targets will be the basis of the new strategic plan update. VI Adjournment A motion was made by Trustee Anthony Puccio, seconded by Trustee Dan Militello, that the Special Meeting of the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lombard held on Saturday, June 5, 2021 in the Community Room of the Lombard Village Hall be adjourned at 11:40 am.
