Village of Lombard Page 1 Special Meeting Board of Trustees Minutes October 9, 2025 Village Manager Scott Niehaus and Director of Finance Tim Sexton provided overviews of the proposed FY 2026 budget. Deputy Village Manager Nicole Aranas, Chief of Police Joe Grage, Director of Finance Tim Sexton, Director of Economic Development & Planning Trevor Dick, Fire Chief Rick Sander and Director of Public Works Carl Goldsmith provided overviews of their respective department budgets along with challenges, needs and updates. Director of Public Works Carl Goldsmith provided an overview of the proposed FY 2026 - 2035 Village Ten Year Capital Improvement Program (CIP). Director of Finance Tim Sexton provided an overview of the Water & Sewer Operations & Maintenance Fund.
