Plum Memorial Library District Public Member St. Charles Road TIF 2 - East District Minutes August 30, 2021 Joint Review Board Meeting 1.0 Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance Call to Order 9:11 AM by President Giagnorio 2.0 Roll Call Present: John Dillon (public member), Keith Giagnorio (Village of Lombard), Ed Hoster (District 88), Jeff Eagan (District 45) Village Staff: Jennifer Ganser, Assistant Director of Community Development; Tim Sexton, Director of Finance; William Heniff, Director of Community Development. 3.0 Public Participation None 4.0 Approval of Minutes Approval of minutes: On a motion by Ed Hoster, second by Keith Giagnorio, the August 7, 2020 minutes were approved. All members present voted in favor of the motion. 5.0 Unfinished Business None 6.0 New Business Ms. Ganser noted this report is for fiscal year 2020 and reviewed the report. No TIF development occurred. Mr. Heniff said the TIF will expire in 2027. He said there is nothing new to report on Oakview Estates and said that CJC Auto Parts was sold to a dog day care business that is currently in Lombard. He said the gas station at St. Charles Rd and Westmore is on the market. Mr. Dillon asked if there would be soil issues with that property. Mr. Heniff said possibly, and the property will need zoning relief due to the size. 7.0 Other Business 8.0 Information Only 9.0 Adjournment Adjournment: Motion by John Dillon, second by Ed Hoster.
