CONSENT AGENDA All items under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion in the form listed below. There may be separate discussion of these items prior to the time the Housing Authority votes on the motion. Specific items may be removed from the Consent Agenda at the request of any Commissioner or staff. RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the Consent Agenda Items 4 a-c be approved. a) Lomita Manor April 2024 Financial Documents RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the monthly financial documents. b) Lomita Manor May 2024 Monthly Activity Report RECOMMENDED ACTION: Receive and file the reports. c) Approval of Emergency Expenditures at Lomita Manor Due to Weather Related Roof Damage RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the Lomita Manor Housing Emergency expenditures incurred due to weather damage during rainstorms in early 2024. 5.
