for the nomination and/or election of candidates for five (5) offices of the
Long Beach City Council, four (4) City Officials, and three (3) offices of
the Long Beach Unified School District, each for a full term of four (4)
years, commencing with the third Tuesday of December, 2022, and
adopting provisions relating to the translations of and the charges for costs
of candidate statements;
22-0095 Adopt resolution requesting the Board of Supervisors of the County of Los
Angeles to render specified services to the City relating to the conduct of a

December 10, 2021, through December 10, 2023; and
Increase appropriations in the General Grants Fund Group in the City
Manager Department by $90,000 offset by grant revenue. (Citywide)

No. 35720, with Unite USA, Inc. (Unite Us), of New York, NY, for the
delivery and maintenance of the Resource Referral Network platform, to
increase the contract by $13,626 for a total contract amount not to exceed
$123,126, made pursuant to Chapters 2.69 and 2.85 of the Long Beach
Municipal Code (LBMC) and in response to the proclaimed emergency
due to the COVID-19 pandemic; and
Authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute all documents necessary
for the third amendment to Contract No. 35720, with Unite US, of New
York, NY, for the delivery and maintenance of the Resource Referral
Network platform, to increase the contract by $72,153 for a total contract
amount not to exceed $195,279. (Citywide)

one-year period, with the option to renew for four additional one-year
terms, at the discretion of the City Manager; and
