(Citywide) Office or Department: Health and Human Services Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 15. 24-52659 Recommendation to authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute all documents necessary to amend Agreement No. 30976 with Innovative Interfaces, Inc., of Emeryville, CA, for providing continued Library Management System services, to extend the expiration date of the agreement from March 31, 2024, to March 31, 2025, and to increase the annual contract amount by $195,229, with a fifteen percent contingency in the amount of $29,284, for a total annual amount not to exceed $224,513.
