(Citywide) Office or Department: Financial Management Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 12. 24-53376 Recommendation to authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute all documents necessary including any subgrants or subsequent amendments to amend Contract Nos. 36723 and 36722 with First to Serve, Inc., of Los Angeles, CA; and Contract Nos. 36724 and 36677 with Interval House, of Long Beach, CA, to provide operation and supportive services for homeless prevention and rapid rehousing, to increase the current term annual aggregate amount by $469,598, for a revised aggregate amount not to exceed $1,462,716 for the current term; and to increase the renewal term annual aggregate amount by $787,061, for a revised amount not to exceed $2,249,777 for the renewal period, at the discretion of the City Manager.
