OCEAN BOULEVARD CIVIC CHAMBERS, 5:00 PM Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 11. 24-53326 Recommendation to adopt Specifications No. ITB CE-24-413 and award contracts to Crisp Enterprises Inc. dba Crisp Imaging of Costa Mesa, CA, and Proforma Graphic Source dba Proforma of Corona, CA, to furnish and deliver printing services and related supplies, in an annual aggregate amount of $300,000 and authorize a 20 percent contingency in the amount of $60,000, for a total annual aggregate amount not to exceed $360,000, for a period of two years, with the option to renew for three additional one-year periods, at the discretion of the City Manager; and, authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute all documents necessary to enter into the contract, including any necessary subsequent amendments. (Citywide) Office or Department: Financial Management Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 12. 24-53376 Recommendation to authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute all documents necessary including any subgrants or subsequent amendments to amend Contract Nos. 36723 and 36722 with First to Serve, Inc., of Los Angeles, CA; and Contract Nos. 36724 and 36677 with Interval House, of Long Beach, CA, to provide operation and supportive services for homeless prevention and rapid rehousing, to increase the current term annual aggregate amount by $469,598, for a revised aggregate amount not to exceed $1,462,716 for the current term; and to increase the renewal term annual aggregate amount by $787,061, for a revised amount not to exceed $2,249,777 for the renewal period, at the discretion of the City Manager. (Citywide) Office or Department: Health and Human Services Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 13. 24-53377 Recommendation to adopt specifications No. RFP HE-23-328 and award a contract to Taxi Productions, Inc., of Inglewood, CA, for providing the Black Infant Health Public Awareness Campaign commercials, podcasts, and digital advertisements for commercial broadcasting services engaging the Black community, in a total annual amount not to exceed $75,000, for a period of two years, with the option to renew for three additional one-year periods, at the discretion of the City Manager; and, authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute all documents necessary to enter into the contract, including any necessary subsequent amendments.
