OCEAN BOULEVARD CIVIC CHAMBERS, 5:00 PM Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 4. 23-40459 Recommendation to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness and adopt the proposed findings and conditions of approval thereto, to allow the demolition of a 312 square-foot deck to construct a 575 square-foot addition to the rear of a one- story single-family dwelling. 660 Mira Mar Avenue within the Belmont Heights Historic District and in the Single-Family Residential District with Standard Lots (R- 1-N) Zoning District. It is a Contributor to the Belmont Heights Historic District. (District 3) Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 5. 23-40460 Recommendation to review the landmark nomination, background materials, make all appropriate findings and recommend that the City Council designate the exterior of the former Fire Station No. 9 building located at 3917 Long Beach Boulevard in the Commercial Community Automobile-Oriented (CCA) Zoning District as a Locally Designated Historic Landmark building.
