Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 2. 24-51916 Recommendation to approve the minutes for the Cultural Heritage Commission meeting of Tuesday, November 28, 2023. Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 3. 24-51954 Recommendation to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness and adopt the proposed findings and conditions of approval thereto, to allow the demolition of a single building consisting of a detached garage and storage room; construction of a 369 square foot first floor addition; construction of a new 503 square foot second floor to the rear of a single-story residence and a new detached 700 square foot two-car garage. The property is located at 335 Gladys Avenue, within the Bluff Heights Historic District and in the Two-Family Residential District with Standard Lots (R-2-A) Zoning District. The property is a Contributor to the Bluff Heights Historic District. The property is located at 2920 E. Vista Street within the R-2-A Zoning District and is a Contributor to the Bluff Heights Historic District. (District 2) Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 5. 24-51966 Recommendation to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness and adopt the proposed findings and conditions of approval thereto, to construct a new one-story 478-square-foot addition to side and rear of the existing residence, subject to Conditions. The property is located at 3618 Rose Avenue within the R-1-N Zoning District and is a Contributor to the California Heights Historic District. (District 5) Suggested Action: Aprove recommendation.
