OCEAN BOULEVARD AGENDA 10TH FLOOR CONFERENCE ROOM, 4:00 PM 3. 22-034ED Recommendation to receive and file a presentation from Government Affairs Manager Dr. Tyler Curley regarding Senate Bill 1325 Techquity Innovation Fund and opportunities for the City of Long Beach to partner with local non-profit organizations, education, and accelerator programs to secure funding for advancing under-represented technology startups. Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 4. 22-035ED Recommendation to conduct, receive, and file a study session with the Economic Development Commission, business and community leaders and staff regarding recommended Implementation Plan activities and strategies for inclusion in the Blueprint 2.0. Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 5. 22-036ED Recommendation to receive and file Commissioner recommendations for future agenda items, speakers, and presentations. Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION: Members of the public are invited to address the Board on items of interest to the public within the Agency Board jurisdiction.
