letter in support of the Change the Name Coalition's demands to rename
Lincoln Park.

3. 22-015HR Recommendation to approve the Equity and Human Relations Commission
recommendations related to the City's use of Facial Recognition
Technology.
Suggested Action: Approve recommendation
4. 22-016HR Recommendation to hold an election for the position of Chair and Vice
Chair of the Equity and Human Relations Commission.
Suggested Action: Approve recommendation.
