Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 2. 24-52100 Recommendation to receive and file a report from current Ad Hoc Committees; discuss anticipated Ad Hoc Committees for upcoming projects; and, if appropriate, take action to dissolve or create Ad Hoc Committees. Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 3. 24-52101 Recommendation to discuss and approve recommendations to the Mayor and the City Council intended to reduce recidivism of previously incarcerated community members, such as, advancing employment, workforce development, re-entry programming and similar opportunities. Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 5. 24-52103 Recommendation to receive and file a presentation from the Equity and Human Relations Commission Chair and Vice Chair on expectations of Commissioner attendance and vacancies, and if appropriate, draft recommendations regarding vacancies of the Equity and Human Relations Commission to the Mayor and City Council. Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 6. 24-52104 Recommendation to receive and file a monthly update from the Office of Equity. Suggested Action: Approve recommendation.
