Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 4. 24-53177 Recommendation to receive and file a report from current Ad Hoc Committees; discuss anticipated Ad Hoc Committees for upcoming projects; and, if appropriate, take action to dissolve or create Ad Hoc Committees. Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 5. 24-53178 Recommendation to receive and file a monthly update from the Office of Equity. Suggested Action: Approve recommendation.
