Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 5. 21-080EC Recommendation to conduct a study session on the ethics education program report by the Ethics Capstone Team. 6. 22-005EC Recommendation to conduct a study session on next steps to implement recommendations from the Capstone Team Report. 7. 21-077EC Recommendation to receive and file a discussion on the Ad Hoc Committees structure; and take any necessary related action, including creating Ad Hoc Committees. Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 8. 22-006EC Recommendation to request the Chair and Vice Chair to prepare an annual report with the assistance of City staff for transmission to City Elected Officials and the media on the Ethics Commission activities for 2021.
