Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 4. 22-064EC Recommendation to receive and file a report from the Chair and Vice Chair on the meeting had with Budget Oversight Committee Chair Austin regarding the Ethics Commission Fiscal Year 2023 Proposed Budget Letter; and receive and file an update on the adopted Fiscal Year 2023 Budget. Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 5. 22-065EC Recommendation to request a report back from staff on the authority of other local government ethics commissions, prioritizing commissions in California, including, but not limited to, staffing of other commissions, enforcement capabilities, scope of duties, powers, and responsibilities. Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 6. 22-066EC Recommendation to authorize the Chair and Vice Chair to collaborate with staff to identify promotional items and educational materials for the Ethics Program launch and to increase awareness of the Ethics Program.
