Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 7. 24-53525 Recommendation to receive and file a presentation from the Ad Hoc Committee on Updated Policies regarding Chapter 4.04 (“Use of Resources”) of the draft Ethics Ordinance. Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 8. 24-53526 Recommendation to receive and file a monthly update from the Ad Hoc Committee on the Lobbyist Ordinance. Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 9. 24-53527 Recommendation to discuss anticipated Ad Hoc Committees for upcoming projects; and, if appropriate, take action to dissolve, create or reauthorize Ad Hoc Committees.
