Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 4. 24-54103 Recommendation to provide feedback to the Ad Hoc Committee on Updated Policies regarding the draft Ethics Ordinance proposed to date. Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 6. 24-54105 Recommendation to receive and file a presentation from the Ad Hoc Committee on the Lobbyist Ordinance regarding draft recommendations for changes to the City’s current lobbyist ordinance. Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 7. 24-54106 Recommendation to receive and file an update from the Ad Hoc on the Authority of the Commission. Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 8. 24-54107 Recommendation to discuss anticipated Ad Hoc Committees for upcoming projects; and, if appropriate, take action to dissolve, create or reauthorize Ad Hoc Committees. Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 9. 24-54108 Recommendation to receive and file a monthly update from the Ethics Officer.
